My role focused on designing the end-to-end user experience across the desktop platform, responsive mobile experiences, wallet and account management, digital asset interactions, transaction and activity flows, and profile and settings management. The goal was to create a modern platform that balanced usability, clarity, and security while reducing the complexity commonly associated with blockchain products.

Making Blockchain Feel Intuitive and Accessible
Blockchain platforms often introduce technical workflows, unfamiliar terminology, and high cognitive load for users. The challenge was designing an experience that simplified these interactions while still maintaining transparency and functionality.
Secure authentication
Users needed a seamless and trustworthy way to authenticate and access their accounts without the friction typical of blockchain products.
Wallet connectivity
Connecting blockchain wallets had to feel as simple as logging into a standard account, removing intimidation from unfamiliar technology.

Interface Principles
The interface used card-based layouts, clear visual hierarchy, responsive layouts, action-oriented navigation, consistent status indicators, simplified information grouping, and progressive disclosure for advanced functionality.
Every interaction was designed to reduce the intimidation factor of blockchain technology. Wallet connection was framed as a secure account link. Transactions were presented as clean activity feeds. Digital assets were organised into digestible cards. By translating technical concepts into familiar web patterns, the platform felt like a modern dashboard rather than a complex blockchain tool.

Transaction history was surfaced as a clean, scannable activity feed. Account settings used familiar web patterns. Identity verification was framed as standard security, not cryptographic complexity. Every decision was made to bridge the gap between blockchain technology and mainstream user expectations.

By focusing on simplicity, usability, and consistency, the platform transformed technically complex workflows into user-friendly digital experiences across desktop and mobile environments. The biggest lesson from KINEKT was that blockchain does not need to look like blockchain. Users do not want to think about nodes, hashes, or gas fees — they want to manage their digital assets with the same ease they manage their email or bank account. The design challenge was not teaching users blockchain; it was hiding it elegantly behind familiar patterns. When done right, the technology becomes invisible and the experience becomes effortless.
